Canada no longer requires travellers, even those with criminal records, to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
All travellers now have an easier time entering Canada thanks to the removal of the vaccination requirement, although anyone with a criminal record still need to take additional procedures.
As a result, travellers who aren't immunised will be able to enter Canada from overseas without having to undergo a test or stay in a quarantine.
While this may open some doors for some travellers, there are still individuals who might not be allowed into Canada because of their criminal histories.
Even if it has been many years since your conviction, having a criminal record in any nation, including the United States, may have an effect on your eligibility to enter Canada.
However, in rare cases, it can be feasible for those with recorded convictions to enter Canada if they can prove they have successfully completed the Criminal Rehabilitation procedure or are able to acquire a Temporary Resident Permit.
Opening up a world of opportunity.
